This Ford Mustang SVT Cobra is a beautifully preserved time capsule
of early aughts American performance. With an SVT-supercharged
4.6-liter V8 engine under the hood that produces 390 horsepower and
390 lb-ft of torque, this car is one of the first cars to come from the
factory with modern performance upgrades under the hood. The
power that is produced from this monstrous engine is sent through a
six-speed manual transmission with a short-throw shifter to the rear
wheels, offering drivers the opportunity to experience what a true
muscle car can deliver. With the addition of a few modifications,
however, including aftermarket pulleys, a dual-tip SLP exhaust and
BBK long-tube headers, this performance machine is taken to an
entirely new level in both performance and sound output.
To us, what’s outside the engine bay is just as important as what’s
inside it, and this raw SVT Cobra is in no way an exception. Sitting
low on aftermarket coilover suspension and fitted with aftermarket
18” alloy wheels, this aggressive muscle car is finished in a deep
Redfire Metallic that makes this car very attention getting and
extremely good looking from all angles. What this Mustang also
offers, however, is versatility. The power under the hood and
extensive suspension tuning ensures that this car is a performance
machine, and because it is a hardtop coupe, it has all the stiffness in the platform to make it a sharp and agile car to drive.
