This 2008 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 is a masterpiece of American engineering, delivered in a rare, eye-catching package. Under the hood, a 7.0-liter V8 engine produces 505 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque, all of which is sent through a six-speed manual transmission to the rear wheels. The engine is not stock, however, having had over $30,000 invested in fully building it for maximum naturally-aspirated performance. Included in the long list of modifications are Diamond Pistons LS Street Strip Dish Series pistons, factory titanium rods, Mamo Motorsports 265cc LS7 V2 heads, a Manley Nextek valve spring kit, Manton 3/8 - .095 pushrods, a custom LG Motorsports camshaft, a Mamo Motorsports-ported MSD LS7 Atomic Air Force intake manifold, NGK TR6 spark plugs, a Nick Williams 103mm throttle body, Injector Dynamics ID1050X dynamically matched injectors
and a DSX Tuning plug-and-play flex fuel kit, among many other upgrades. This high-performance American coupe comes equipped with 18” front / 19” rear C7 Z06-style wheels and is finished in Jet Stream Blue, one of only 1,0006 units produced in this color. The exterior of this Chevrolet has been made even more unique with the addition of some cosmetic modifications, which include a carbon fiber ducktail spoiler, tinted LED sidemarkers, smoked badges, and carbon fiber “Z06” door sills.
