Originally powered by a 6.2-liter V8 engine mated to a six-speed automatic transmission, this American machine produced 430 horsepower and 424 lb-ft of torque, which the rear wheels put to the pavement. This power plant is not as it left the factory, though. Under the hood is a Texas Speed sleeved LC9 block with ARP main studs, ARP head studs, Cometic head gaskets, Chevrolet Performance "caddy lifters", Diamond 4.140 LS2K pistons, a Molnar 4" crankshaft, Molnar Power Adder Plus rods, a BTR Stage 4 LS7 camshaft kit, Brodix BR7 heads, Holley Hi-Ram LS7 intake manifold, Motion Raceworks valve covers, Holley EFI high-flow fuel rails, and a MightyMouse catch can, all of which work in tandem to take this beast's performance capabilities to the next level. This Corvette sits on 17" RC Comp front runners and 15" RC Comp rear wheels and is finished in Cyber Gray Metallic, a subtle hue that belies this car's true performance capabilities.
The interior is no less special than the rest of the car. Heated leather bucket seats deliver optimal support to the driver and passenger, and features like a heads-up display, multi-zone climate controls, a leather steering wheel, a "Z06" gauge cluster, keyless ignition, and cruise control only heighten the overall cabin experience.
